After harvesting, Happy Chicken undergoes a meticulous three-step washing process and blast freeze to ensure the removal of any blood or other impurities that may be present.
Happy Chicken adheres to the appropriate Islamic law regulations regarding the cutting process and has been certified as halal by the Indonesian Ulema Council.
